For our client in Basel (Switzerland), we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer for a 6 month contract.

Job purpose: We are looking for a mid-level experienced ServiceNow Developer (on-shore) to actively participate in the software development life cycle of the enterprise wide implementation of ServiceNow. It will be including design, development and implementation of ServiceNow Service Catalog and Catalog Items. In leveraging best practices and procedures the successful candidate will develop and analyze functional requirements, identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to business requirements. The engagement further requires hands-on working experience in a GxP basing environment along with a proper understanding of mandatory documentation and regulations to adhere to.

Responsibilities:

* Drive the delivery effort with focus on the Service Catalog and account for milestone targets according to the project plan
. Take ownership and responsibility for development and implementation activities
. Adhere to ServiceNow development standards
. Ensure consideration of multitenant security concepts and governance
. Analyze and verify design, development and implementation for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards
. Participate in efforts to improve, optimize or revise existing processes or policies
. Analyze and solve problems and incidents
. Support testing, qualification, documentation, training and continuous enhancement
. Support workflow and collaboration between various teams

Requirements:
. At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development with focus on Service Catalog and Catalog Item Development
* Minimum education: Bachelor's degree - Computer Science or similair preferred
. Successful contribution in project cycle in delivering good practice design and development for solutions of enterprise scale
. Experience of taking ownership for delivery effort with minimal management support
. Hands-on working experience in GxP basing environment and multitenant security concepts
. Working business knowledge within development teams
. Service Management IT industry knowledge, ITIL aware
