On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Management Office with extensive experience in Rollout Projects. Main responsibilities:
- Support conceptual work and providing presentations and documents
- Support in planning, monitoring and tracking of the deliverables, milestones and working packages
- Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
- Support coordination of stakeholders
- Support training and communication
- Support coordination with other projects
- Support Planning
- Support Quality Assurance
- Special tasks in Business Rollout Activities
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Over 4 years of experience working with Rollout Projects supporting Project Managers
- Ability to provide a Management adequate level of presentations, documents
- Good communication skills, familiar in communication with management
- Good experience in the financial industry/banking
- Well-structured and proactive mindset
- Able and willing to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German
