On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Communication Specialist, with extensive experience in big transformation projects and very strong communication skills. Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Rollout Manager of the Digital Advisory Suite rollout in Switzerland and Guernsey, as well as the head of Your Wealth & Business Transformation unit
  • Creation of story line for project including key messages for target groups (front unit of the bank)
  • Draft news articles, blog entries in English
  • Support in drafting project Powerpoint slides for top management and other target groups
  • Proof reading of various communication measures
  • Support project during preparation and implementation in other project related tasks (ad-hoc)

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

  • Extensive experience in writing internal communication articles and with brining topics to the point
  • Work experience in Banking/Private Banking
  • Experience in big transformation projects
  • Excellent know-how MS Office in particular Powerpoint
  • Pragmatic, communicative and open personality (hands-on management style) with strong communication skills
  • Precise and efficient working style
  • Affinity for technical/IT questions affinity
  • Familiar in communication with top management and ability to communicate effectively and transparent across all levels within Business, Technology and Operations
  • Strong writing skills in English, preferable native/fluent
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German
