Project Manager (Labelling & Artwork)

One of the biggest international Medical Device companies is looking for a Project Manager with experience in Marketing and Labelling & Artwork.
This is a challenging contracting position starting in January 2019 for 1 year in Zug, Switzerland.
Job Summary
Labelling & Artwork is going through a total transformation of the business process, system, agency and operating model. In this role, you will support the EMEA Director to drive the total transformation project for the EMEA region. My client is looking to hire an experienced Marketing professional with strong Project Management skills, able to review critical points, KPIs and propose solutions.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate critical processes related to Artwork process transformation
- Run process assessment on non-med & Medicinal and identify area of improvement
- Map and analyse KPI data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support the asset transfer (artwork, Master Text ...)
- Coordinate project update with EMEA L&A team
- Coordinate Artwork forecast projection
- Update project timelines
- Budget tracking/spending
What you must have
- 5+ working experience
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience in FMCG business
- Process assessment & improvement/optimization (ideally Green or Black Belt)
- Strong leadership and coordination
- Labelling & Artwork experience a plus
- Enthusiasm & trust with commitment, reliability, openness & a very positive attitude
- Fluent English (other languages advantageous)
