Junior Program Management Consultant - Internal Auditor (40 Days work)
Are you a Junior Project Manager with at least 4 years' professional experience related with advisory reviews ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Junior Program Management Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
Your role will include:-
- Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders, document review and perform other quantitative and qualitative analysis to review the efficiency and effectiveness of Investments in accordance with the program.
- This will include reviewing HR structures, analysing management costs and overheads and assessing performance frameworks and contracts
- Prepare working papers and summaries of observations/findings.
- Providing input for debriefing meetings and if required, participate in the debriefing meetings
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you are/have:
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent in relevant field (Accounting or Business related discipline)
- Minimum of 4 (Four) years' professional experience related with advisory reviews in a
multi-lateral development institution/organization, government, private or civil society sector at the regional and international level. - Professional experience in quantitative and qualitative programmatic and financial
analysis is preferable. - Professional experience in Human Resources, Project and Contract Management, assessing Performance or Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks are desirable
- Fluent in English
