Enterprise Architect
Location: Geneva
Start Date: ASAP
Project Duration: Long term but initial contract will be 3 months
The Enterprise Architect works with all aspects of technology - from core infrastructure to software design - to ensure a seamless, fault-tolerant and highly available systems platform that delivers on and is aligned to the bank's strategy. This individual is a member of the team that plans and defines the focus and direction of future technology.
Qualification:
The consultant must have at least 20 years' experience in IT (with a strong focus on Systems Development in global organisations), of which at least 5 should be in designing Enterprise Architecture (particularly business, application and information architectures).
Experience in translating business strategy and needs into IT capabilities and roadmaps and the ability to create impactful visuals to communicate complex systems will be essential.
Skills & Experience:
7-10 years of experience designing and implementing technology related initiatives.
7-10 years' experience in Enterprise/Business Architecture development using frameworks such as TOGAF/Zachman/BIAN.
Extensive experience partnering with business and IT to develop an integrated architectural approach.
Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
Extensive knowledge across architecture domains.
Experience of understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business process.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills required.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations, learn and synthesize large amounts of information quickly.
Excellent negotiation abilities with peers and all levels of leadership
Understands the strategic technical direction of: Middleware, Continuous Integration and Deployment, Testing, Systems Management, Enterprise Data & Access Layers, Pertinent Styles of computing.
