On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a KYC Task Manager at Front, with extensive experience with KYC Upgrade Programme. Are you a passionate KYC Task Manager at Front who is looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Main responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess KYC Upgrade progress based on status reports, including ranking lists of 'high and low performers'
- Identify 'root causes' in case of KYC Upgrade performance issues
- Discuss issues, elaborate and initiate adequate
- Remediation measures in agreement with Senior Management of Region
- Ensure and rigorously track the implementation of measures
- Ensure weekly reporting of status/risks/issues/remediating actions to Regional Senior Management (RH/MH/CRO)
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Extensive Management/leadership experience at Senior level
- Able to negotiate/design pragmatic and get effective solutions
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness
- Strong personality with good organisational and analytical skills
- Able to work on own initiative, willing to take responsibility
- Be decisive, proactive and act with care and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German
