Role Project Management Delivery Manager ( Contractor )Role Purpose
The role is responsible to develop and maintain the solution delivery lifecycle framework for the bank services based on P3M. The role also helps with orchestrating embedment of the framework within the organization as well as adapt to best practice identified through the agile transformation programme.
Key Accountabilities
Drive further documentation of the solution delivery process and create a central process inventory / online
reference book including simple one pagers and HowTo’s.
Enable the organisation to use the framework by identifying and implementing the right tooling’s and tools
Identify best practice within the organization and integrate it into the framework
Plan and execute role based training for project managers
Help implement quick win improvements for resource planning and forecasting
Skills
Process and documentation, process simplification
Workshop planning and execution to identify/document existing processes / best practice
Communication skills (simplify things, reduce to the essential)
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint / process inventory tooling
Microsoft Access programming fundamentals
Experience
Knowledge of Solution delivery methods and processes (Prince2, PMBook, Scrum or similar)
Hands on project management experience
Organization capability development in the area of software engineering
Agile transformation experience is an asset
Agile experience, scrum master experience
JIRA knowledge
Planview, Planning tool, resource management knowledge
