Responsibilities
- Help internal clients resolve day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative and scalable solutions.
- Ensure the prompt and proper resolution of any technical challenges.
- Design and implement reporting dashboards, SQL queries, and automated jobs to solve business needs.
- Evangelize new developments and assist partners in integration and long-term support to help them build long-term success.
- Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients' integrations.
- Improve product offerings by providing client feedback on features to Google Product Technology managers and Product Operations managers.
Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Native/fluent French speaker/writer
- Strong demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases (automation, report generation, root cause analysis)
- Collaboration skills for working across geographically dispersed functions
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Familiarity with version control and Linux, Unix, or Mac terminal environments
Preferred qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills in common web technologies, such as HTTP(S), (S)FTP, and REST APIs Bash and Python Scripting.
