For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank-based Zurich, we are looking for aGerman Speaking RFP Specialist - RFP / RFI / DDQ (5850)
In this role you will lead the coordination and completion of a Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) for clients and prospects in Switzerland, EMEA and Asia.
Your Qualifications:
• 5 -7 years’ experience working as an RFP Specialist, ideally within Financial institutions
• The ability to produce and edit proposal content within a complex business environment (RFP / RFI / DDQ)
• Working experience in database management, in particular, PMAPS is a plus
• Strong written communication skills, including proofreading ability
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in German and English
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead the coordination and completion of Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) for clients and prospects in Switzerland, EMEA and Asia
• Accountability for you to drive and lead improvements and production of standard RFPs
• The responsibility to collect, write and edit responses for RFPs, RFIs and DDQs and ad hoc requests together with Sales colleagues and Subject Matter Experts (SME) in a timely manner
• Responsibility to ensure that questions are specifically answered in a manner that maximizes the success potential and adapts answers accordingly
• Accountability to develop and build maintenance of RFP database (PMAPS) by overseeing review cycles, collecting and processing information from various subject matter specialists
• Active coverage of external and outsourcing partners (investment platforms, consultant databases etc.)
• Support the maintenance of various consultant databases covering global markets
• Ensure high data quality and consistency of RFPs/RFIs/DDQs & consultant databases
• Produce and evaluate statistics of tenders for our businesses and constant improvement of processes and production
• Rigorously adherence to regulatory/legal requirements and approved internal processes
