Scrum Master
We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and support the organisation of our client's service portal project. This is a 7 month contract assignment at an insurance firm in Zürich.
Tasks
- Organisation of agile events such as daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and product backlog refinement
- Identification and solution of Impediments
- To support the product owners, especially in regards to product backlogs
- To instruct and support the team to work in a self-reliant manner
- To support the internal and external communication
Requirements
- Several years of experience as Scrum master
- Basic understanding of software development and programming
- Excellent communication skills, especially in the communication with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in German
