For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for aProject Manager - Regulatory Shareholder Reporting (5833)
In this multi-year project launching for a platform refresh, you will be involved with leading the compliance team through execution, applying a defined framework/structure, and managing status reporting.
Your Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience as Project Manager in global projects within the financial industry
• Knowledge of Regulatory Shareholder Reporting and industry standards
• Good understanding of IT with experiences in Agile software delivery methodologies
• Proven ability to communicate with senior levels of management in a clear, concise manner
• Profound written and verbal communication skills in English, German is an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
• The candidate will provide dedicated support to the RSR Next Generation Program
• Provide project structure aligned to strategic minimum standards defined by the Compliance organization
• Lead a team through the project phases of definition, development, deployment, and closure
• Develop templates and organize information in a concise communication style, especially tailored for an executive-level audience
• Project plan – develop, maintenance and tracking of project plans milestones
• Issue Management – capture and maintenance of all required logs for issues. Provide support for team to drive to resolution
• Reporting – Support status reporting, ensuring the consistent flow of accurate and up to date information through all layers of the program governance structure
• Development of draft deck materials for SME review/approval
• Provision of ad hoc support to Project Managers as requested
• Support clear communications and reporting to senior management on a regular and ad-hoc basis
