On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Business Analyst with fluent understanding of process automation technologies.

Main responsibilities:
- Fluent understanding of business processes
- Optimize and improve process through a combination of process re-engineering and technological changes
- Increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
- Design implementable technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies
- Develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified robotics
- Analyze and test existing systems for compatibility with preferred automation platforms
- Support business case development
- Finding ways to innovate
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 4 years of business analysis experience and/or a change management background
- Proven track record of Process Automation projects
- Extensive banking experience
- Professional experience within Banking Operation would be a helpful asset
- Good experience in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment
- Ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, German or other language skills are a plus
