Project Manager_ Diagnostic/Lab/German/Spanish
Job Description:
For our client, based in Luzern region, we are looking for Project Manager. The role is contract position for 1 year (with strong possibility of extension).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Support of the preparation of the consolidated project status reports
* Management of project information to support project teams, management teams (eg project steering board, etc.) and decision making
* Single point of control for project data, collected from functions (eg finance); owns version management and release of changes
* Handling of Project and Management meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes)
* Guiding, management and tracking preparation for project milestone reviews
* Creating and maintaining integrated project -, resource- and budget plans
* Tactical coordination of dependencies, timelines and budgets for all projects and functions 2/3 within an area or program
* Definition and implementation of harmonized, measures and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for the projects to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness
* In the absence of the Project Leader, able to run project team meeting
* Set-up and adapt relevant PMO processes and structure in alignment with PMO and relevant stakeholders and ensure process implementation within Project Team
Must Haves:
* Several years of project management experience in the diagnostic environment, focusing on product development projects, typically in the area of lab diagnostics
* Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* MS Project or Planisware & MS Visio
* VBA for Excel & SQL would be an additional asset
* Flexibility to travel up to 10%
Nice to Have:
* Experience working in Agile SW development environment and interacting with scrum teams would be a high plus
* Project management certification (eg IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, SCRUM) is an advantage
Education:
* Any Degree or Relevant experience
Languages:
* Excellent language skills in English and German
* Advanced Spanish
