For our client in Basel we are searching for a Facilities Procurement Officer to join the procurement team.
The Job:
- Provide procurement expertise to business owners and assist them in their sourcing planning and activities
- Enhance the overall process efficiency for facilities procurement categories
- Improve processes together with other colleagues in Corporate Procurement, Finance, business areas, legal service, suppliers, etc.
- Draft and negotiate facilities contracts in German
We are looking for candidates with:
- + 3 years experience in Facilities Procurement sourcing and planning
- Solid and recent experience drafting and negotiating facilities contracts
- Ideally you are already set up working in Switzerland with a work permit or a Swiss passport
- Fluent business level German and English
