For our client in Zurich we are looking for an
Administrative Assistant
for a 9-month contract with possible extension
Location: Zurich
Your role
Providing reliable support to the CCRO COO to ensure smooth running of the division in all organizational aspects such as:
- Calendar management
- Travel booking
- Space management
- Meeting & event preparation and minutes
- Processing expenses
- Vacation time reporting and absence planning
- Document preparation
- Support small projects
- Scheduling management retreats and workshops
- Providing support to the CCRO COO with small projects/initiatives including administrative support in setting up new projects/initiatives with the opportunity to take over project management responsibility for larger initiatives.
Your team
The Executive Management support team is a team of 4, with 3 team members based in Zurich and 1 in Wroclaw (Poland).
Your experience and skills
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communicative skills in English
- Excellent administrative, planning and organizational skills
- Articulate and structured personality
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to made decisions independently
- Very good (intermediate) knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (basic), Word, PowerPoint, administrative systems (travel/expense booking systems), video call, telephone conference, web casts etc.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably in administrative support/as management assistant
- German language knowledge is a big plus
- Banking or compliance background would be advantageous
- Dedicated personality, ability to anticipate needs and/or impacts of actions in advance linked with an independent and detailed-oriented working method
- As a team-player communicate clearly and concisely and appreciate working with people
- Positive attitude as well as a high level of confidentiality
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with internal and external individuals at all levels
