For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for aExecutive Management Support - Native English (5754)
In this role, you will be supporting our customers projects and are responsible for varied tasks in the administrative and organizational area.
Your Qualifications:
• Experience in the administrative field as a management support or in a similar position within the banking industry
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Well versed in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel as well as general IT affinity, Banking experience would be an advantage
• Communicative, trustworthy and committed personality
• Independent, exact and flexible working method
• Native or minimum C1 English, German is a big plus
Your Responsibilities:
• Proactive support of the management team in all administrative and organizational activities
• Organisational support to Senior Management such as calendar management, travel booking, meetings, events and workshops
• Preparation and organization of various meetings and events
• Keeping of meetings and task lists, coordination of expenses, cost monitoring and occasional active cooperation in the specialist departments
