Consultant - Grant Portfolio Management
Are you a Consultant with at least five years of professional experience, including in transformation and business model/process re-engineering in international organizations, development agencies or multinational companies/private sector?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for aConsultant in Grant Portfolio Management to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
You will be supporting an an initiative to do a deep dive review of opportunities for further differentiation in grant management models from an end-to-end perspective for focused portfolios and to prepare for implementation of viable target model(s) for the next allocation cycle.
Key Responsibilities
You will be providing consultancy support in the following areas:
- Maximize investments in program delivery
- Focus Client engagement at strategic, regional and country levels
- Enhance regional approaches to cross-border public health challenges
- Leverage additional funding from other actors
- Increase the allocative efficiency of investments
- Incentivize performance and focus on outcomes
- Drive efficiency in operations
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:
- At least five years of professional experience, including in transformation and business model/process re-engineering in international organizations, development agencies or multinational companies/private sector
- Experience with project management methodology
- Experience and expertise in business model design, analysis, implementation and roll out in complex, multi-disciplinary and diverse environments
- Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and stakeholder buy-in
- Experience implementing organizational change using change management techniques
- Fluency in both English and French or one of the following Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and Spanish.
