Admin Support wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience in project work is advantageous
- Know-how of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to manage administrative tasks for different stakeholders
- Good communication and organisation skills coupled with a well-structured and proactive mindset
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken, further languages are a plus
Your tasks:
- Providing support for the Project Management Office
- Supporting administrative work across different divisions
- Coordinating meetings, telephone and video conferences and taking meeting minutes
- Handling the administrative management of the external employee process
