Beschreibung

Admin Support wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Prior experience in project work is advantageous
  • Know-how of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks for different stakeholders
  • Good communication and organisation skills coupled with a well-structured and proactive mindset
  • Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken, further languages are a plus

Your tasks:

  • Providing support for the Project Management Office
  • Supporting administrative work across different divisions
  • Coordinating meetings, telephone and video conferences and taking meeting minutes
  • Handling the administrative management of the external employee process
