Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for Professional Process Managerhaving experience in building end user support infrastructure within a pharmaceutical environment.
This is a contracting role based in Basel and planned to start ASAP until end of the year with extension opportunities.

Background:
This project is about to redefine the operating model related to Artworks (printed packaging materials - ie patient information leaflet that can be found in the drug package).
You will be involved in this project which is close to be implemented.
The project is about implementing a new Artworks management system for the company allowing to be more effective in Artworks management..
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support End User Artworks Documentation building on a new Google site
- Define and Built a google support site for Artworks End users worldwide
- Support On line IT system tool (Walkme) development for End users
- Build On line help tool for end users using Walkme
- Document Walkme support tool
- Coordination of several Teams to align information
- Deliver the required information to the project Manager
Ideal Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in process support
- Walkme experience and Knowledge
- Experience in Building end user support infrastructure
- End users support oriented person
- Good practice of IT tools like (Google tools, Microsoft)
- Experience in writing and publishing documentations
- Business English
- Good communication skills
- Strong Teamplayer
Nice to Haves:
- German
