Our client is looking for a Junior PMO to support a specific programme project.
Main tasks/activities:
- Maintenance of Programme key documents
- Internal communication (ie emails to Programme staff)
- Organisation of internal events (eg Town Hall)
- On-boarding of external resources
- Calendar Management
- Meeting Management
- Travel Assistance and direct reports (occasionally)
- Invoice processing (MySpend)
To make the role more appealing to highly qualified candidates, it can be enriched with:
- Change Management execution (ie implement communication and training measures as defined by Change Management Team)
- Project Methodology communication and training's
- SharePoint structure & authorisation concept (we have a specialist for implementation)
Position requirements:
- Experience in Project Management or Project Management Office
- Experience in Event Management and/or Communications is an advantage
- Experieance as Personal Assistant is an advantage
- High service orientation
- Fluency in English, written and oral. German skills are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage
