Beschreibung

Program Manager - Foreign Exchange (Front Office, Middle Office) wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • University degree with 10+ years' relevant experience as well as excellent financial markets knowledge in Markets and Investment Bank Front Office, such as domain FX, plain vanilla and exotics, OTC's and IRs
  • Project Management background applying appropriate methodologies, such as waterfall, agile/scrum, scrum master is a plus along with proficiency in various PM/BA tools, including JIRA, MS Office applications and VISIO
  • Strong BA skills in conjunction with determining underling business requirements and leading the implementation - end to end, including specifications, validations, testing and enabling automated testing
  • Familiarity with Trading and Sales applications, in particular Murex along with proven track record for successful delivery of FX IT platforms, Murex Front Office and Middle Office
  • Excellent understanding of the entire value chain, inclusive Front Office, Middle Office, Risk Management, Financial Accounting and Operations
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus

Your tasks:

  • Performing Requirements engineering, including defining, validating, executing and testing of business requirements as well as articulating, setting priorities and facilitating the entire requirement engineering process
  • Evaluating and specifying of interfaces and downstream requirements
  • Conducting the entire program and project life cycle together with issue and risk management
  • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, for instance IT, Business, cross divisional departments, vendors and contractors
  • Leading and communicating to Steering Committee's
  • Supervising a team of Project Managers and BA's
