For our clients within the pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland we are willing to get in touch with Data Scientists for interesting opportunities.
Are you experienced with Python, R or SAS and you are interested to work in data analysis in mid to large volume data sets? Please let us know and send your updated CV.
Responsibilities:
- Access diverse data sources
- Performing high quality, timely and accurate analyses using appropriate state-of-the-art methodologies, tools and resources
- Design and/or contribute to the design of statistical models
- Extract and clean data (mostly unstructured data)
- Data analysis languages (eg Python/R/SAS), database access and basic data query (SQL)
- Extract, understand, document and visualize data & processes
Must Have:
- Data Science background re4lated field (eg statistics, mathematics, computer science, epidemiology, health economics, outcomes research)
- Experience with major data science modelling methods and machine learning
- Experience in applying statistical modelling, machine learning, exploratory, and confirmatory data analysis in mid to large volume data sets
- Substantial experience with R and/or Python
- Experience with relational data sources (SQL) and visualization tools (Tableau)
- Experience using big data platforms/tools such as Hadoop, SPARK etc.
- Good verbal and writing communication skills in English
