For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedBusiness Analyst / PM - Credit Risk Wealth Management (5692)
In this hybrid role, you are expected to bring in a high degree of business specialization and change experience in the business areas of lending and finance. The candidate will work independently on BA and PM asks directly with the respective senior business stakeholder while jumping in as the deputy to the Project Manager(s) in stakeholder meetings and steering committees.
Your Qualifications:
• Profound understanding of International Risk and Wealth Management, especially Credit Risk
• 5+ years experience in business analysis within banking and financial services, including specification of business requirements
• Experience in IT implementations, strong technical understanding, and flair to understand complex IT landscapes
• Some experience in Project Management
• Prior consulting background is beneficial and experiences with supporting multiple projects at the same time is a plus
• Familiarity with business processes, financial products, risk management and regulatory requirements (e.g. FSA Basel II/III; FINMA) is an asset
• Fluent English and good German skills
Your Responsibilities:
• Act as a lead facilitator for business SME’s, you will drive coordination of project deliverables and proactively manage stakeholders’ expectations
• Identify and document business requirements from key business stakeholders, namely from CRO IWM
• Work jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions
• Support of the overall project delivery to ensure that all requirements are addressed
• Embrace an independent working style in parallel with providing succinct updates to a Project Lead when necessary
• Work effectively in and leading working groups with diverse Business stakeholders to ensure requirements and priorities are successfully met
• Face-off confidently with Project and Program Leads with high-level updates and know when to drill down at the right time
