Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen PMO Project Management Officer wie folgt:
Key Accountabilities
? Reporting on regular basis on progress to the head of the Programme or Delivery Unit heads and above
? Resource management
? Managing the quality assurance, compliance and risk functions
? Responding to ad-hoc requests for information, interfacing though to Project Managers for the source information
? Consolidating budget and forecast data, investigate variances
? Financial analysis and monitoring of governance
? Managing the reception of work and associated changes
? Ensuring that coverage of work on the programme is complete; this is achieved by development of systems
? blueprints, the application inventory and the overview planning framework
? Facilitating the resolution of risks and issues associated with the programme
? Managing programme and project interdependencies
Skills
? Good communication skills up to C-Level
? Good coaching and mentoring skills
? Excellent data analysis skills
Good configuration management skills
? o Programme and project filing systems (physical and electronic)
? o Reference material currency
Good understanding of change control
? o Procedures to manage requests for change
? o Administration of associated action plans
Good understanding of risk and issue management
? o Procedures
? o Tools
? o Administration of associated action plans
Good understanding of financial management in the Bank
? o Cost tracking and analysis e.g. through earned value
? o Methods of depreciation and amortisation of programme and project costs
? Good understanding of Programme Management approaches
Practical understanding of programme management tools within the Bank for
? o Scheduling
? o Resource management
? o Reporting
? o Analysis and communication of plans
? o Capturing actual progress, e.g. timesheets
? Good conflict resolution skills
? Good negotiation skills
? Good understanding of change control
? Preparation of Materials for Decision and Governance Boards
Other Requirements
? Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the PMO environment
? University Degree
? Proven Track Record of running a PMO function in a large transformations projects and or Project Management experience in Large Transformation Projects.
? Prince2 practitioner or equivalent
? Diverse Tätigkeiten gemäss Projektleiter
