On behalf of our client, a renowned financial institution in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated Project Manager/Scrum Master. Your role:
- Responsibility for the delivery of projects and coordinating activities across multiple business and technical stakeholders in line with business and program management priorities
- Possibility to establish and maintain project governance, analyse project metrics and management of project performance and change requests
- Responsibility to plan and optimize utilization of allocated project resources
- Manage all project phases: Setup, Initialization, System Design, Realization and Deployment of Software Life Cycle Models
- Exposure to senior management and challenging role in coordinating global teams and various stakeholders
- Support and gather program input from globally dispersed project delivery teams
- Tracking of project effort, milestone tracking, tracking of risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support other project managers in status submissions and project reviews and administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Degree in computer science or related to information technology
- 5 years + of extensive experience in agile IT project management in software development projects
- Experience with managing budget, scope, quality & risks with globally distributed teams
- Experience with large global IT projects spanning over several functional areas and systems
- Experience with managing software design and development and testing projects
- Track record in agile project leadership and leading agile teams with various backgrounds
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assume additional responsibilities as required
- Ideally experience in banking and wealth management
- Project Management certifications are a plus
- Fluent written and spoken in English and German
