Project Manager with profound Client Onboarding knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Master or equivalent degree in Management, preferably Project Management
- Prior experience within a compliance and Front Office role, preferably with legal or regulatory background is an advantage
- Knowledge of the client onboarding process, including understanding of latest regulatory requirements
- Certifications in Project Management such as PMP are beneficial
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting selected streams of the Global Client Onboarding program by planning, coordinating and tracking the execution of deliverables, including Risk Management
- Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes with focus on control enhancements, efficiency and effectiveness
- Organising and facilitating steering committees with members of senior management
- Creating reports and presentations for the senior management, the COO and the steering committees
- Preparing and running workshops as well as meetings with Subject Matter Experts and documenting their outcomes
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders as well as international locations
