Your role:• Responsible for transforming requirements into Epics/User-Stories in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Specification of upcoming releases of the dacadoo user engagement platform
• Specification of upcoming releases of dacadoo GO walking campaign product
• Organize and Prioritize Product-Backlog.
• Acceptance testing of implemented features
• Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary subject matter / technical expertise to enable them to sell the product
• Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries
• Ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding product of the company or competitors
• Assist in the delivery of customer projects
Your profile:
• First practical experience in product management / usability engineering for at least 3 years
• Affinity to work in a software development environment
• Experience of integration with RESTful API would be a plus
• University degree or similar preferably with IT/software/technical background
• Fluent in English and German, further languages would be advantageous
• Strong organizational, follow-up, time management and administration skills
• Customer-focused and service-based thinking
• Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in scrum or agile project development
• Experience with external software developer on- and near shore
