Test Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' working experience as Test Engineer
- Know-how in IT quality and proficiency of planning and executing test scenarios coupled with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal colleagues from Project Management, Development and Business Analysis
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the creation, execution and documentation of the tests to ensure that applications and technical environments meet the requirements
- Planning, organising and controlling all test activities and being responsible for achieving the defined test goals and implementing the testing, as well as overseeing the associated communication and training activities
- Being responsible for managing test projects as well as mentoring and delegating to junior testers
- Having an Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, identifying and raising control deficiencies as well as driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation
