Digital Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Project - key notes:

  • Improving the customer experience is a key priority for 2018 and beyond.
  • The ambition is one 24x7 point of contact for all clients customers reachable through channels of the customers' choice (eg portal, app, phone, chat, social media).
  • Leverage machine learning and bot technology to make customer experience more efficient and effective
  • Deploy and offer use of social media as a means to submit queries into our CRM system, analytics and advanced CRM tools

Description of activities:

  • Interactions with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.
  • Gathering, documenting and analysing business needs and requirements in the standard format used by the client.
  • Above also includes non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria and related activities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience working as Business Analyst.
  • Must have Salesforce experience within BA roles done.
  • Digital Business Analysis experience and been a Digital Business Analyst
  • Great Personal skills with experience working in a multi-national environment.
  • Problem-solving, analysis and documentation/specifications skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication in English, including technical writing skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service processes, tools and CRM is advantage
