Project Coordinator/PMO Junior wanted for our Zurich based client.
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years' experience in Project Management, as well and as in working with 3rd party companies
- Expertise in Vendor and Stakeholder Management and Process improvement with a background in managing and updating websites, setting up documentation, trainings and process mappings
- Excellent organisational and communication skills coupled with the ability to manage several complex projects at the same time
- Certification in Six Sigma is a plus
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Building and improving products by communicating with internal and external stakeholders and vendors on project proposals and reviewing the quotes and initial engagement
- Reviewing overall performance of suppliers to identify areas of improvement while working closely with global team of Program Managers
- Managing projects ensuring timely delivery of services Project intake, PO creation and stakeholder follow up
- Giving timely feedback to the vendor and internal stakeholders as well as handling minor escalations
- Identifying areas for process improvements in addition to streamlining and optimising existing processes Documenting new and existing processes
