We are currently recruiting for the following:
Role: Contact Center Consultant
Location: Zurich
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months
Rate: CHF 100/hour (subject to deductions and tax)
You will have the following:
- General Consulting work at customer site
- Preferably able to design and implement callflows
- Preferably able to perform integration work to other systems (technical requirements)
- Support Sales and provide offerings
