About the job:
- The Integrity and Compliance (I&C) Project manager supports the I&C training team in managing training related projects including the development and implementation of compliance related training programs.
- Independently drive I&C training projects and activities that support the roll-out and communication of I&C owned policies and guidelines
- Provide general project management support to the Group I&C training team
- Project management responsibilities include project planning and implementation with stakeholder involvement, communication, identify success metrics/KPIs, feedback mechanisms, assessment of use of digital assets etc.
- Successfully plan and implement training projects within agreed timeframes and budget
- Quality of project planning and implementation based on customer feedback
Work Environment:
- Group Level
- Team of 5 persons
Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in communication, business, learning or similar
- Languages: Fluent in English: oral & writing; German: fluent desirable; others would be an asset
- Knowledge and experience in I&C an advantage
- Ability to work with cross - functional and cross cultural teams within a Matrix organization
- Good Project Management skills required, uses appropriate tools and technologies
- Knowledge of basics of Change Management, Facilitation, and Presentations
- Organizational skills, ability to work independently, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to learn from training related best practices and transfer the learning to innovate on current projects
- Ability to collaborate with relevant stakeholders and teams
