For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedRecruitment Assistant - PMO HR (5598)
You will be part of a team which designs and delivers initiatives that will improve recruiting services and experiences for the bank's clients, candidates, and its own team.
Your Qualifications:
• Experience in recruiting, ideally candidate sourcing and screening within financial industry
• Excellent administrative skills with existing knowledge on technology and HR processes
• Deep understanding of PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Flexible and resilient, ready to face new approaches
• Analytical mindset and skills, with a passion to deliver results and gather new insights
• Strong written and verbal communicator in English
Your Responsibilities:
• Build new ways of building candidate pools, to help the recruiters fill roles quickly
• Take care of project reporting tasks, such as status tracking or project presentations
• Collate and share updates to ensure everyone knows what's happening
• Support the bank's recruiters around the world to hire great talent into professional roles
