Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a Senior Test Manager who has experience with SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharma) implementation and/or knowledge in serialization.
This is a contracting role based in Basel and planned to start in August until the end of February 2019.

Project background:
The supply chain department is having an on-going SAP ATTP (Advanced Track & Trace for Pharma) Project. The aim of the project is to migrate from AII/OER to SAP ATTP. This is why our client is looking for an experienced Test Manager to create a comprehensive test plan. As a test manager, you will support the different business functions in the area of master data, warehousing and distribution by planning and coordinating the relevant test activities for the SAP ATTP migration project.
Tasks:
- You will be working with all work stream leads as well as the sites
- Other responsibilities include the following:
- Create testing related to project plan
- Track the gaps, report risk and issues
- Help the team identify which business processes SOPs need amendment
- Report weekly status
- Coordinate the activities across project streams and with external vendors
- Prepare and help the team identify training schedule for business users on various sites and organize the
UAT (User Acceptance Test) facilities on sites globally
Ideal Profile:
- 8+ years of experience as Test Manager
- Over 8 years of experience in development and execution of user acceptance tests
- Good understanding of global supply chain, warehouse and DC (distribution center) processes
- Over 3 years of experience in successfully coordinating large, complex IT projects
- 3+ years of experience in successfully implementing and executing deployments of software solutions to a diverse user community
- Strong knowledge of project, test coordination and management incl. corresponding methods and software tools
- Quick learner and excellent team player
Nice to Haves:
- Any experience in SAP ATTP implementation or knowledge in serialization
- German speaking
- Project management certification
