Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience working as PMO
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Applications such as Project, Excel including Pivot table and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Financial Services and Asset Management is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Performing standard PMO activities
- Writing meeting minutes
- Assisting in financial forecasting and tracking
- Supporting project planning
- Developing presentations
