Location: Zurich
Junior Administrator/Supporter for IT related Projects: On behalf of our client a leading bank in Zurich, we are looking for a for a new Junior Administrator/Supporter IT who will join and support their local team.
Your role will encompass, but is not limited to:
- Be responsible for administrative support to the project manager using the agreed project management methodologies
- Assist to the senior managers with the preparations of team meetings/workshops
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Supporting development and improvement of IT applications
Your profile:
- You have a strong background in IT, having completed either an apprenticeship or university in IT/Technical studies
- If you have come from a KV Lehre with some IT experience, you would be ideally suited
- You will have experience and feel comfortable working with senior management and stakeholders
- First working experience in change management processes
- Comfortable with handling smaller projects on your own
- Ideally coming from a banking environment (or a global organisation) will support your application
- You are self-driven and extremely ambitious to use this role as a stepping stone to bigger things
- English language skills are mandatory German is nice to have, but not essential
