For a bank based here in Zürich we are looking for a Test Manager.
The person is responsible for Test Management/Testing of the existing application Action Manager with following deliverables:
- Review of Business specification and stories
- Synthesis and design of appropriate test cases
- Extend defined automated UI tests in Selenium Definition and writing of Unit/Integration testcases
- Tracking and documentation of the changes using standard Bank tools (eg JIRA, Sharepoint )
- Proactive planning and measures definition to improve the existing application
- Ensure the high quality of delivered solution The person is involved in projects deliveries and must ensure the new solutions do match the production quality standards and are in line with Team, application and Bank strategy.
Test management with minimal guidance (planning required resources):
- Test documentation in Spira, JIRA
- Working in an agile environment (Scrum)
- Monitoring and reporting of status of test activities
- Experience in test automation (user interface tests with selenium)
- Capability to analyze complex and poorly defined problems related to the application and to provide solutions with minimal guidance from the superiors
- Knowledge in financial
- The ability to collaborate, listen and exchange ideas
- Team player

- Fluency in English and German
- Excellent analytical skills
- Commitment and passion for deliver a high quality solutions with reasonable amount of effort
