Program Manager within IT PMO - SW Development/TFS/Jenkins
Main Tasks:
-As a Senior IT PM you are responsible for delivering an IT program across different business units with high complexity and risk according the defined and agreed success factors and KPI's, including the management of cost, schedule and scope/quality
-Manage and drive overall program plan, roadmap and timelines; work closely with scrum master on program to ensure all program streams are aligned
-Schedule, plan and facilitate sprint planning events on program level; schedule and run program level stand-ups to ensure backlog items are delivered
-Manage and engage global stakeholders to ensure support, business readiness and change management is of essence; hereby collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) stream within the program
-Preparation of key supporting documents within the program, for use in meetings such as Operating Committee, Steering Committee, Townhall/IT touchpoints
-Successfully providing business solutions by implementing technical and/or process solutions through effective planning and predictable execution with Agile methodology and/or SAFE framework
Requirements:
-8+ years' experience in project/program management and software development projects
-Experience with development tool chain solutions, such as TFS, Jenkins, Virtualization etc.
-Work experience in validated environment, ideally in the health care industry
-Solid understanding of Organizational Change Management and demonstrated competency in applying change management framework, processes and tools
-Ability to manage the complexity of scope, time, cost, quality, risk on projects and team dynamics on a global level with a strong customer and delivery focus
Education:
-University Degree, or a minimum of the equivalent
Nice to have:
-PMI PMP certification or equivalent preferred
-PROSCI certification or equivalent preferred

-Fluent in English and German
