Upgrade Front Supporter with 1st level Support and 3DES knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Education in a relevant field, eg completed bank apprenticeship, legal or compliance education
- Professional experience in private wealth management, in a Client Facing, Risk or Compliance function as well as competency of KYC File Remediation and Upgrade project would be an asset
- Know-how of the Swiss regulatory environment, client documentation standards and customer due diligence requirements
- Ability to work on high volumes of client files in parallel and in good standard as well as to communicate professionally and maintain sound relationship with stakeholders
- Capability to phrase facts and information into consistent sentences building a logical documentation in addition to excellent attention to overall context and relevant details
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Working as part of the First Line of Defense and supporting Relationship Managers at the Intermediaries Desk Deutschschweiz to perform client file updates
- Ensuring that quality standards of KYC documentation are met in accordance with internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements
- Recording KYC information obtained from Intermediaries in the KYC documentation system of the bank
- Reviewing client profile documentation on hand and clarify follow-up questions through analysis of available information sources as well as raise potential documentation shortfalls and client profile issues with the Relationship Managers
- Coordinating with KYC Upgrade Specialists from the Compliance Department
- Attending periodic and ad-hoc meetings with Team Heads, RMs and assistants
