For our Client in Basel, we are looking for a Business Operations Analyst, for a 5/6 months contract.
Duration: ASAP to
Location: Basel
Workload: 50%-60%
Major Accountabilities:
- Budget administration and tracking
- Invoice and actuals tracking
- Support of sourcing requests
- Resource utilization monitoring
- Cost optimization
- Ticket management
- Back charging support
- Documentation of processes
- Reporting on operational metrics
Candidate Background:
Languages: English proficiency oral and written
Experience:
- Advanced Excel user
- Interested in numbers and metrics
- Basic enterprise IT infrastructure knowledge
- Out of the box thinking
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer orientation/service attitude
- Well organized
- Self-starter
Nice-to-have:
- Programming skills
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Serices
- Experience with Jira/Confluence (as end-user)
- Additional language
Education: in commerce/business administration or business information systems
