PMO (Compliance and Regulatory)

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a PMO (Compliance and Regulatory). Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:

Role:

  • Prepare presentations, documents, reports in Word, Excel and PowerPoint (most frequently used)
  • Prepare forward calendar, schedule meetings
  • Interact with various stakeholders to obtain information, track deliverables
  • Prepare binders for management meetings with information
  • Perform research of information, synthesize that into reports and put that into presentations for management

Skills:

  • 4 years of experience as a PMO working in a business environment
  • Experience in a compliance, consulting, strategy, business management, project management, or chief-of-staff function
  • Deep understanding of the functions of a major international bank or technology companies
  • Expert skill in drafting and visualizing presentations in PowerPoint and excellent command of other MS Office products
  • Ability to work to strict deadline and milestones
  • Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to write clear and concise business communications for senior management audiences
  • Desire to contribute to the team's success by being a hardworking and effective performer
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
