On behalf of one of our banking clients in Zurich, we are searching for a PMO with 2-4 years of total work experience, preferably in a similar function. The PMO will join the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs area and he/she would have the opportunity to communicate with senior stakeholders at various levels, as well as to prepare strategic presentations for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with various business stakeholders to gather information
- Schedule meetings
- Prepare documents and presentations in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Research and summarize information for the required reports and create presentations for management
Ideal Profile:
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Initial experience in banking is a must
- Some background in a PMO function
- Strong skills in preparing presentations in PowerPoint
- Experience in Compliance or Regulatory Affairs would be a strong advantage
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent English, German would be a plus
