Senior ICT Consultant with Agile/Scrum Master know-how
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Senior ICT Consultant with Agile/Scrum Master know-how to join one of their clients, a well-known Swiss company. For this temporary assignment based in Zürich, we are in search of a German & English speaking candidate who is available in a short notice.
Project details:
Support in finding information and communication solutions within the scope of coaching and with particular focus on analysis, goal definition, conceptual development and implementation
Key responsibilities:
- Support as a Scrum Master in topics such as processes, backlog management, self-organization, agile meetings and tools
- Support in the field of financials (budgeting, cost controlling, forecast, etc.) and risk management
- Prepare/follow-up of Project Board meetings
- Introducing coaching standards or optimizing current standards (maturity level)
- Contributing specialist expertise to coaching subject (especially related to IT subjects)
- Carrying out individual coaching for defined topics (eg Agile Development)
- Continually participating in Best Practices and Market Knowledge (from the suppliers standpoint)
Required qualification:
- Successfully managed several major reference projects in coaching consultation for several months
- +7 years on project management
- Previous experience in consulting
- Previous experience in banking industry
- Any project management certificate (PRINCE2, PMP IPMA)
- Scrum Master certification - strong nice-to-have
- Skilled to work with JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint
- German & English - Fluent written and spoken
- French - nice-to-have

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: until end of October 2018 with a possibility of 1 year further extension
