For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for aReporting Specialist - Business Planning / Forecasting TM)
In this role, you will be working as a Finance Reporting Specialist supporting Business Planning / Forecasting processes within our client's Group Finance.
Your Qualifications:
• 5-10 years experience working in the Reporting area, preferably within financial services
• Strong experience as Finance Reporting Specialist with Business Planning / Forecasting process knowledge
• Experience in working with Cognos TM1 application, reporting systems including SAP or similar, programming skills and VBA
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
• Maintain Planning specific logic of KPIs, Allocations, Custom Phasing, Bonus Modelling, Attributed Equity and shredding of Business Division Plan to Legal Entities and Regions and Performance Segments
• Implement alternative hierarchies defined by the Group and Business Divisional planning coordinators
• Define TM1 User Group / Data and process their access
• Reporting/planning of Governance
• Set up cubes, processes, dimensions and elements for specific user Groups such as new Business Divisions
• Update standard hierarchy in line with the golden source (GCRS)
• Ensure that planning follows consistent reporting analytics standards and common group-wide approach for planning
