For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedProject Manager / PMO - Procurement of Legal Services (5295)
In this role, you will drive and implement improvement measures and improvement projects along the front-to-back outside counsel and legal vendor engagement process.
Your Qualifications:
• 5+ years of working experience in Project Management in a sourcing-aligned function within financial services
• Experience within Strategic Procurement or Category Management / Supplier Management in the area of legal services
• Experience in analyzing and improving Vendor Portfolios, legal background preferred
• Immediate availability in Zurich
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Your Responsibilities:
• Managing all aspects of a project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
• Manage the staff of a project team directly, or a team as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
• Identify stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels with them
