Solution Developer

We are currently looking for a consultant for our client, a financial service provider, in Zurich. They should have relevant experience in accounting with basic IT and development skills. The project would revolve around improving functionality and creating new components in an already existing accounting system.
Role
- Analyse and design current applications and requirements
- Learning the internal modelling tools
- Use modelling tools to implement applications
- Working closely with business stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in software development using any relevant programming languages (eg Java, C#, Visual Basic)
- Experience with an agile working environments with closely co-operating departments
- Experience with accounting practices are beneficial.
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Experience in business analysis is a plus
- Should have the ability to quickly identify problems and methodically solve them
This is an exciting, varied and challenging role in the financial industry.
Start date: July 2018
Contract length: 12 Months
