Application Developer/2nd Level Support with extensive Sailpoint experience wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field of specialization
- Several years' work experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Specialist with 2nd level support responsibility
- Extensive Sailpoint Security experience along with exceptional software troubleshooting skills
- IT savviness and a natural ability to quickly solve complex issues enhanced by a profound analytical approach
- Good Java skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing impact analysis for changes in the environment and ensuring proper integration across components and products
- Conducting of audit reports and supporting Service and Product Management (SPM) and other audit teams
- Analyzing incidents and problems escalated by the Level 2 global support team beside fixing bugs and operational breaks within the environment
- Supporting KTLO activities such as version upgrades, functional changes, documentation updates and much more
