Service Delivery Manager - ServiceNow
My client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager with ServiceNow. You will have experience of cutting over Servicenow, new solutions into a live environment. A background of proactively designing and delivering service designs with the project teams. Supporting successful introduction of new services from projects. Delivery of end to end user experience and satisfaction. Design of application decommissioning and switch off of Legacy systems. Act as escalation point for service design issues. Management of relationships and communications with senior stakeholders within projects. Design of service performance reporting within IT and the business for new services; including SLA and metrics. Ideally ITIL v3 Foundation qualified, ITIL Management Qualification (v2/3 Service management & IT support experience, ServiceNow and Stakeholder relationship management essential).
Working 4 days in Switzerland.
