Tax & Treasury System Implementation Expert - FIS Quantum/SAP/SWIFT/Bloomberg/360T
Scope/deliverables of the resource:
Novartis is implementing a multi-year Treasury program replacing the current Treasury core system and related applications with a state of the art Treasury Management platform based on the FIS product suite.
For the scoping and implementation of the new Treasury Management System (TMS) platform we're looking for a "hands-on" project team member with following capabilities:
-Treasury process subject matter expertise
-Experience with large scale TMS implementation projects
-Knowledge of industry best practices in Treasury processes and system implementations
-Good understanding of Novartis Group Treasury processes (for example due to previous exposure to Novartis)
-Know how about FIS Treasury application suite (ie Quantum/Adaptiv, Trax, Intellimatch, BAM)
-Ability to challenge vendors on functional/design and implementation approach
Essential skills and experience?
-Monitor and challenge execution of project throughout Scoping, Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release
-Provides subject matter expertise in business process and technology areas
-Ensures industry best practices are considered when designing and deploying new solutions and services
-Contributes to project governance, managing risks and issues
Process:
-Experience with financial especially Treasury business processes
-Proven expertise in business process analysis and system design
-Knowledge of IT architecture and technology standards
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Applications:
-Financial especially Treasury applications in large scale corporate or banking environment
-Experience with design and implementation of FIS Quantum Treasury suite
-Solid knowledge in integration with SAP accounting and in-house bank/payment factory
-SWIFT, Bloomberg and 360T integration
-Reporting solutions integrated with Treasury Management system
Other Skills:
-English - fluent written/spoken
-10+ years business consulting/project implementation
